This accommodation is designed to comfortably host a family or a group of friends, with a maximum capacity of 6 people. It includes three bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140x190), the second also equipped with a double bed (140x190), and the third offering two bunk beds (80x190), ideal for children.
Bed linen, including pillows and blankets, is provided. If you wish, you can rent standard sheets for 12€ per bed or opt for disposable sheets at 10€ per bed.
The living area is centred around a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for your meals: fridge, freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, hob, toaster, as well as all the necessary dishes and kitchen utensils.
In terms of facilities, the accommodation features a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. For added convenience, you can rent a towel kit for 7€ per person.
Outside, a lovely elevated and covered terrace extends your living space. It comes with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or simply relaxing.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation under certain conditions: only one dog under 7 kg is allowed, with an additional charge of 35€ per week. The vaccination record must be presented upon arrival, and your pet must be kept on a lead at all times. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed.
Utilities, including electricity and water, are included in the price of your stay. One parking space is also included directly on your pitch. A security deposit of 305€ will be required upon arrival (by credit card or cheque).
If you are travelling with a baby, a complete baby kit (cot and high chair) can be rented for 42€ per week. For a stress-free departure, an optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available for 60€.
