General terms and conditions for the rental of accommodations (Chalets, Mobilhome, Cotton Lodge, and Coco Sweet) and camping pitches. All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.
The option: the period between the client's option request and the receipt of the contract accompanied by the deposit by the campsite may not exceed one week, otherwise the option will be lost. The rental becomes final only with our agreement and after receipt of a 25% deposit of the stay amount. Only the persons listed on the contract may stay at the campsite. Payment is made by bank check payable to Camping le Moulin de Sainte Anne, bank transfer, or holiday vouchers (ANCV). Holiday vouchers must be valid, sent by registered mail, and not stapled. In case of a refund of a deposit paid by holiday vouchers, we retain 2.5% corresponding to the ANCV commission.
The accommodation number is assigned based on availability. The pitch number may be determined by the manager on the day of arrival.
1.1/ Accommodations
The packages include water, electricity, heating, parking for one vehicle, and amenities such as swimming pool, play areas, trampoline, ping-pong, multi-sports area, entertainment (some of which may be paid), and Wi-Fi. The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival. Failure to pay the full amount one month before the start of the stay entitles the managers to consider the reservation canceled with the consequences provided in the cancellation paragraph. The full price of the stay is payable at the time of reservation in the following case:
-From June 15 for any reservation made less than one month before the arrival date.
No reduction will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure. Upon arrival, a deposit of €300 is required for the accommodation and €60 for cleanliness. This deposit is payable by credit card imprint. It is refunded according to the condition assessed by the management within seven days. A detailed inventory is present in the accommodations and in the campsite's digital booklet. The tenant must verify it and report any missing or broken items within 24 hours. Cleaning on the day of departure: dishes must be washed and put away, the floor cleaned, the shower room and toilet clean, the refrigerator emptied, clean, and defrosted, and the trash can emptied and clean. If the tenant opts for the cleaning package: dishes must be washed and put away, the floor swept, and the trash can emptied (as these are not included in the cleaning package).
1.2/ Bare Camping Pitch
The package includes 2 people, the pitch, one car, access to the campsite's sanitary facilities, and amenities such as swimming pool, play areas, trampoline, ping-pong, multi-sports area, entertainment (some of which may be paid), and Wi-Fi. The balance of the stay is paid upon arrival. No reduction will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure. The pitch must be left in the same condition of cleanliness as it was found.
In the absence of written notification from the client specifying that they have had to postpone the date of their arrival, the pitch or accommodation becomes available 24 hours after the date mentioned in the rental contract, and the full amount of the stay services will remain due by Camping le Moulin de Sainte Anne. Early departure or late arrival does not entitle to any refund.
2.1/ In Accommodation
In July and August, arrivals are on Wednesday and Saturday between 4 pm and 8 pm, and departures on Wednesday and Saturday between 8 am and 10:30 am. Any exceedance of these times will result in an additional night being charged to the deposit. Outside of July and August, arrivals can be made any day of the week for a minimum of 2 nights. An appointment must be made no later than the day before departure for the verification of the chalet's condition. In case of loss or breakage of a key, €50 will be charged to the deposit. The accommodations are non-smoking.
2.2/ On Bare Pitch
Arrivals and departures can be made any day of the week for varying durations. The number of people per pitch is limited to 6. Arrivals are between 2 pm and 8 pm, and departures between 7 am and 11:30 am.
Cancellations must be sent by email only. The cancellation will only be valid upon receipt by the client of our written confirmation by return email. Telephone messages will not be considered. Different scenarios related to the cancellation of a stay:
Without cancellation insurance:
- More than 31 days before the scheduled arrival date: the deposit and reservation fees are due and non-refundable.
- Less than 31 days before arrival: file fees are due, and the full amount of the stay is due.
With cancellation insurance:
- More than 31 days before arrival: file fees and cancellation insurance are due, and the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 31 days before arrival: file fees and cancellation insurance are due, and the full amount of the stay is covered.
Any modification to your reservation must be reported immediately (number of people, car, pets). Your reservation implies compliance with the campsite's internal regulations. Civil liability insurance is mandatory; please provide proof of insurance. In case of cancellation due to the fault of Camping le Moulin de Sainte Anne, the full amount paid by the client will be refunded, including file fees.
If desired, the client can subscribe to a paid cancellation insurance by mentioning it on the reservation contract. Rate: 3% of the stay amount. This insurance refunds the contract termination indemnity indicated above, according to the conditions provided in the contract. Before or during your stay, the cancellation guarantee covers the contract termination fees if one of the following events occurs:
-Illness, accident, or death of a family member
-Pregnancy complications before the 7th month
-Significant material damage to your property requiring your presence
-Economic layoff
-Obtaining an indefinite-term contract
-Accident or theft of your vehicle and/or caravan on the way
-Cancellation of leave by the employer

Your reservation implies compliance with the campsite's internal regulations. The client agrees to respect and ensure that the persons accompanying them respect the campsite's internal regulations, which will be made available by posting at the entrance and reception of the campsite or provided upon request.
It is mandatory for the client to have valid insurance covering risks of theft, fire, water damage, civil liability, and third-party claims. Please provide proof of insurance.
Only one dog per rental is allowed according to the applicable rate (except with prior agreement from the management); cats are not allowed in the chalets (except with prior agreement from the management). Dogs (except those of category 1, which are not allowed in the campsite), cats, and other carnivores will only be accepted if leashed and after presentation of their valid vaccination record. They must be taken out for hygienic walks and must not cause any noise disturbance.
Although the campsite does everything possible to make your stay enjoyable, it cannot be held responsible for external events that may result in reducing or even canceling your stay. You can use the free mediation service AME Conso, of which we are a member:
