This accommodation, designed for 4 people, offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends near Carcassonne. It includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190). Bed linen, including pillows and blankets, is provided. If needed, you can rent sheets (12€ per bed) or opt for disposable sheets (10€ per bed).
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals easily: fridge, freezer, microwave, electric coffee maker, hob, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils. This kitchen opens onto a welcoming living area where you can enjoy meals and relax together.
For your convenience, the accommodation includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. If required, a towel kit can be rented for 7€ per person.
Outside, a pleasant semi-covered elevated terrace awaits you, equipped with garden furniture. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening aperitif at sunset.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation under certain conditions: only one dog under 7 kg is accepted, for an additional fee of 35€ per week. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival, and the dog must be kept on a lead at all times. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted.
Water and electricity charges are included in your stay. One parking space is also provided directly on your pitch. A security deposit of 305€ will be required upon arrival (by credit card or cheque). If you are travelling with a baby, a baby kit (cot and high chair) is available for rental at 42€ per week. Finally, for a hassle-free departure, an end-of-stay cleaning service is available for 60€. A second vehicle can be accommodated on the pitch for an additional fee of 28€ per week.
